How do I verify my eligibility for a discount? How long does it take?

First, click on the "Apply Now" button under the discount category you wish to apply for. Then, complete the form and click "Verify My Status." Verification is usually instant. If you are not instantly verified, please email customer service at support@drgreenlifeorganics.com. 

Note: Additional documentation may be required. Please ensure that the first and last name you submit on the discount form matches your government issued ID.

How do I get a personalized discount code?

Upon successful verification, you will receive a personalized discount code valid for single orders. Be sure to enter your personalized code during checkout to receive a discount. 

Do you sell or share my personal information?

Your personal information is only used to verify discount eligibility. We do not sell or share your personal information. We use the SheerID Verification Platform to verify eligibility.
